The Shetland Distillery company started back in 2014 by four people sharing a passion for producing top quality products in local communities. Their aim from the beginning was to be inspired by their surroundings, using local botanicals to create a gin that is completely unique and embodies the place where it originates
Challenge
The isles’ only distillery needed a strong web identity for its Shetland Reel brand, capable of managing consumer sales from day one. NB has worked with Shetland Reel since the very start, building an initial website that helped launch the brand. Subsequently, e-commerce was the natural progression which started off as a simple PayPal button for one product.
In the competitive Scottish craft gin scene, standing out from the crowd was (and remains) essential.
