With more than 130 years of history serving clients in the islands, Lows Orkney's experience is undoubted. The firm sought to celebrate that deep local knowledge and understanding while refreshing its identity and showcasing itself as a modern and dynamic professional services organisation.
Challenge
Despite offering a broad range of legal and financial services, Lows Orkney was known primarily as an 'estate agency' and 'solicitors'. The firm wished to raise awareness of the range of in-house expertise and present itself as the leading professional services team in Orkney. Lows also required redevelopment of its website to create an enhanced customer experience and streamline the process of property listing management and marketing.
Solution
NB recognised the need to delve into the firm's brand, exploring the values, identity and characteristics that make Lows unique. Our involvement began with an in-depth workshop analysing the core aspects of the Lows brand. The resulting brand proposition helped inform the development of a new visual identity and logo for use across the website, digital marketing and stationery, providing consistency across varied assets. The new website by NB dramatically improves the digital presence including integration of the Reapit property management system and enhanced email marketing tools, resulting in better customer experiences and improved internal efficiency.
