All of us here at NB Communication are delighted to announce the launch of the new Shetland ForWirds website.
Shetland ForWirds aims are to foster and promote the use of written and spoken Shetland dialect as a valued and essential element of Shetland's distinctive heritage and culture.
The website features John J Graham's Shetland Dictionary, educational material and many snippets of Shetland Dialect Poetry, Drama and Prose.
A comment from the Launch Party on Saturday :
