Joining in January 2025 as a project manager, Luda brings a wealth of agency experience to the NB team. She's passionate about making a positive difference for our clients, bringing creativity and dedication to the role. Away from work, you may find Luda exploring Scotland on foot or speeding around a race track...
Tell us a surprising fact about yourself…
I’m a bit of a petrol-head girl-racer… I love an open track day, and once even received a ‘Driver of the Day’ trophy at Knockhill Racing Circuit!

What are your top three life highlights…
Moving to Scotland is the ultimate highlight! I decided to spend one year here in the distant 2004, completely fell in love with everything about Scotland, and never looked back. Buying my first home takes a well-deserved second place. As for the third place – that’s a really tricky one, as there are so many fun moments to choose from, but perhaps finally seeing Pearl Jam live at Hyde Park after years of COVID-related gig cancellations.
Have you ever been told you look like a celebrity?
I’ve once been told I look like Brigitte Bardot, I’m hoping they meant when she was young… (personally, I see zero resemblance!)
What did you want to be when you were a child?
After watching several episodes of a documentary about ancient Egypt with my dad when I was around six, I decided I wanted to be an archaeologist. Unfortunately, that quickly stopped after my aunt declared that the likelihood was I would spend my life dusting the ground with a tiny brush and probably wouldn’t even find anything important.
It took me a couple of years to find my next passion – journalism. Much to the frustration of my family, I wanted to be a war and conflict correspondent. I think they were relieved when I settled on my career in creative, digital and marketing agencies!
What are your most overused words or phrases?
I’m guilty of saying ‘on my radar’ a lot. Consciously working on not over-using this phrase is… definitely on my radar!
What is your favourite aspect of your job?
I love the variety – no two days are ever the same when you’re working agency-side.
What tech innovation has made the most impact on your life?
I’m torn between two tech marvels: high-speed internet and the air fryer.
One connects me to the world, the other – to my taste buds. Together, they’ve created a perfect storm of productivity and procrastination: I can now Google air fryer recipes at lightning speed and then spend hours perfecting my crispy chicken wings technique.
It’s a beautiful, tech-savvy, slightly greasy world we live in!
What would you name your boat if you had one, and why?
Although I’m not too big on sailing, if I happened to get a boat, I’d name it The Argo. Over the last couple of years, my partner’s daughter has been obsessed with Greek mythology, so I don’t think I’d get away with naming it anything else but The Argo, a boat built with the divine aid of the goddess Athena!
How would you convince someone to visit the place you love the most?
I love hiking, hillwalking and a good road-trip, so if I need to convince someone to come along, they are simply not my kind of people. Although it may sound a little selfish, sometimes the most beautiful places deserve a bit of solitude, or at least fewer folks to preserve the natural beauty. Remember Fairy Pools, The Old Man of Storr, Applecross and NC500? Crowds ruined it for me…

You're a part of the core NB team based in the Scottish mainland. What do you like most about remote working?
Remote work strikes the perfect balance for me. I get the quiet solitude when I need to dive deep into focused work, while our excellent digital systems keep me feeling connected to the team.
When I do travel to the office, it's like going on a mini-vacation – the change of scenery and the chance to catch up with everyone in person makes it an extra special experience.
