John Wins MIT MediaLab Competition
John has just returned from a trip to the world-famous MIT MediaLab in Boston, after winning one of the five places in a Highlands and Islands Enterprise competition.
John was hugely impressed by the MediaLab, where he saw some of the ground-breaking research that is taking place there. He also met some interesting people - both from MIT and also amongst the others visiting that week.
John's trip comes after David attended the 'Entrepreneurship Development Programme' at MIT in January this year, again through a Highlands and Islands Enterprise competition.
David and John both wish to publicly thank Highlands and Islands Enterprise for making their visits to MIT possible, with particular mentions going to Laura Dingwall, Stephanie Anderson and John MacKenzie for all their hard work.
