Up until now, you would have to check the coverage maps on each network separately, and you would be fogiven for wondering how trustworthy these results are.
The whole process just became a lot easier because Ofcom have released an official Mobile Coverage Checker so you can check all networks and signal types across the whole of the UK - including Shetland. This includes Voice Calls, 3G and 4G signal levels across the four main networks for both indoor and outdoor coverage.
Even though there is no guarantee that the maps are 100% accurate, the tool does use a mixture of network predictions and actual coverage tests to provide aggregated results in one handy tool.
