A couple of months ago (before the winter settled in!), we had the pleasure of an invite to spend a day on The Swan. For those of you who are not familiar with the name, The Swan is a traditional Shetland fishing sail boat. The lucky NB representative was none other than David Gifford who enjoyed a fun-filled day of hauling ropes, lifting heavy masts and generally learning how a sailing boat works. Unfortunately we don't have any photos of David as unsurprisingly, he was behind the camera!
For anyone who is interested, you can enjoy a day aboard the Swan too.
